Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned(at your expense) in a bubble wrap to protect the jewellery.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not your refund request has been approved.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

To return a product, you must send it by post at your own expense in a bubble envelope to protect its contents: L'ATELIER D'EVA, 31 route de leuline, 62500 ZUDAUSQUES, France.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your address when registering your order and to contact us very quickly to specify a change. The latter can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).
In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender (L'Atelier d'Eva), we will offer you a refund of your order minus the shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package is received by us by the services of the Post Office.
It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
