Delivery and return
1) What are the countries, modes, times and costs of delivery?
To track your order (stamped in tracked letter): you just have to open your order confirmation email and click on the tracking number (don't hesitate to check your spam, if it is not in your inbox)
2) When do you accept returns?
Weaccept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The product must be intact and unworn, and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3) How do I make my return ?

If however you wish to return a product to us, here is the procedurehere is the procedure:
- 1) Place the unworn product in its original packaging in a secure bubble envelope, including a sheet of paper with your contact information and order number.
- 2) Send the article to the following address (postage in followed letter at your expense):
We recommend that you choose a postage with a tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions of return, the refund will not be made.
Please do not penalize us if the Post Office is responsible for a delay in delivery, this is what happens in 99% of cases!
